Meet Traci

I am Traci, a Carolina Girl born and raised in Lincolnton, NC.  I discovered my passion for finance through a unique path. After navigating the intricacies of construction and permanent loans for my own home, I realized my interest in financing and decided to pursue a career in the field.  Since 1999, I have found my calling as a Loan Officer, dedicated to providing tailored mortgage solutions to my clients.

In my role as a Branch Manager/Loan Officer at GoPrime Mortgage, I offer a wide range of mortgage options including home purchase loans (veteran, FHA, USDA, conventional), specializing in down payment assistance programs.  Additionally, I assist with refinancing and bridge loans.  I approach each day with a focus on personalized care, always putting the needs of my clients first.  My commitment to being hands-on in every aspect of the loan process and earning the trust of my clients has been the cornerstone of my success.

Outside of work, I love to stay active in my community and embrace the Carolina lifestyle.  I enjoy taking on DIY projects to spruce up my home, playing Pickleball, and spending time on Lake Norman.  My love for dogs is evident, especially with my Bernedoodles, Pote, and my newest addition, Tillee, who bring so much joy and energy into my life.   Traveling is another passion of mine, whether it’s exploring new places on day trips or embarking on cruises to exotic destinations.  I also find time to dance and attend Zumba classes at the gym to stay healthy and fit.  As a proud wife and mother of one son, family remains at the core of my values and priorities.  Overall, I am a Carolina Girl at heart and love making lasting memories in my hometown of Lincolnton.
