Every quarter we recognize someone who brings something special to GoPrime and make it a great place to work, and this time it’s someone who has quietly shaped our culture in all the best ways. We’re excited to recognize Linda LePage as our GoPrime Personality of the quarter.
If you’ve ever interacted with Linda, you know she has a way of grounding a team. She listens first, encourages everyone around her, and somehow keeps things moving forward without ever making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. She leads by showing up consistently and with heart, and people feel that.
One of the biggest things her team talks about is how much she invests in communication. She started weekly team meetings not because she had to, but because she genuinely wanted everyone to feel connected and supported, especially with everyone spread out in different locations. Those meetings became a space for people to speak up, ask questions, hash out ideas, or just share a small win. It changed the way her team worked together, and it helped build trust in a way that doesn’t happen by accident.
Her colleagues describe her as the type of person who brings out the best in those around her. She’s focused, organized, and always looking for ways to make processes smoother so the whole team can breathe a little easier. But she also remembers birthdays, celebrates accomplishments, and checks in when someone seems off. That combination is what makes people say GoPrime feels like a family a great place to work.
Outside of work, Linda keeps it simple and meaningful. She loves cooking and baking and making memories with her family whenever she can. Fishing is a big part of her life too (any kind of fishing), but her yearly trip to Tybee Island is the one she looks forward to the most.
Many people don’t realize just how big and lively Linda’s family is. She has four daughters, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, and she speaks about them with so much pride that you can’t help but smile when she does.
The best advice she’s ever gotten is something she genuinely tries to live by is “Give 110 percent to anything you do.”
And anyone who knows her would probably say she does exactly that.
When it comes to giving back, she doesn’t make a big show out of it. She simply stops by blessing boxes around town and fills them when she notices they’re getting low. It’s just her way of looking out for her community.
When asked what she appreciates most about GoPrime, her answer couldn’t have been more fitting: the people. She loves the feeling of never being judged, never being left on an island, and always having someone to lean on. To her, this place feels like a true team in every sense.
As part of this recognition, Linda selected the Wounded Warrior Project for her charitable donation. Supporting veterans is something that means a lot to her, and she wanted this contribution to go toward an organization that gives real help to those who’ve served.
Make each day a new adventure.
It feels like such a Linda quote — simple, hopeful, and a reminder not to sleepwalk through the little moments.
