Curb appeal: We all love to see it; not all of us know how to do it. But we all can do it, with a little help from our old friends, plants. If you’re looking to sell your house — be it now or years from now — or if you just want people to pass your property and say, “Hey, cool, that person’s really got it all figured out, plant-wise,” then curb appeal is worth paying attention to. A visitor’s (read: prospective buyer’s) first impression of your house is from the curb. This means curb appeal is your property’s first impression — it’s handshake, if you will. Meet Traci
Traci was born and raised in Lincolnton, NC. The path to her career is an interesting one. After doing a construction loan for her home followed by a permanent loan, she learned a lot about financing and the details that go into it, so she decided that was what she wanted to do. She made the right call and has been a Loan Officer since 1999.
As a Branch Manager/Loan Officer, Traci offers an array of mortgage loan options, including home purchase loans, refinancing, and VA loans. Traci appreciates that every day is different, and an opportunity to learn new things and solve intricate issues. She does not focus on volume, but on each individual person and loan. The foundation for her success is staying on top of each loan and being highly involved in every step of the process. Gaining her client’s trust is a source of great pride for Traci, and her clients appreciate that she looks out for their best interests.
Traci stays active in the Lincolnton community and is a self-described Carolina Girl. She enjoys taking on DIY projects to spruce up her house, playing Pickleball, and spending time on Lake Norman. This Carolina Girl loves dogs, especially her Bernadoodle, Pote.
