Meet Steve

Steve has lived in the Cary/Apex area since 1975 and seen the dramatic changes to the market first hand – from a sleepy little town in the 70’s and 80’s, to what is now a thriving community consistently voted one of the top places to live and raise a family in the United States. Steve is a graduate of Cary High School (1988) and later earned his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University with a major in economics. Steve is blessed to have his wonderful wife of over 30 years, three awesome adult children and five amazing grandchildren.

Steve enjoys spending time with his family, bow hunting, bass fishing, and working in his yard.

Steve has been a top-producing mortgage originator in the triangle market for over 25 years and has held various management positions during his career.
