Meet Elaine
Licensed in North Carolina and California. Elaine has been involved in the real estate and mortgage industry since 2004 with the passion to help others build their financial wealth through home ownership. Beginning as a real estate agent and coming from a family of bankers and finance, she realized her best efforts in supporting her diverse customers would be better served by assisting them with finance options, many times using creative solutions for unique scenarios.
Elaine specializes in purchase and refinance loans using Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loan products and down payment assistance programs. Elaine also has accessibility with non-qualified mortgage products to assist with those rare occasions where alternate solutions are required.
Assisting in building financial wealth through home ownership and doing what is in the best interest of her customers is Elaine’s top priority. Elaine never just says no. If at first a customer is not qualified, She will do her best to provide consultation on how they may achieve their goals of home ownership, if not now, in the near future.
Outside of work, Elaine enjoys spending time with my family, cooking, community service, and loves the outdoors.
