Meet Chris

Chris has been in the mortgage world since 2005. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina, Wilmington with a degree in Criminal Justice. Chris’s initial plan was to continue his education by attending law school. However, his love for all things real estate would lead him to his current career. Becoming a loan officer was a natural fit for Chris. He was able to combine his love for real estate and passion for helping people.

Chris specializes in new home purchases and refinances using Conventional, VA Home Loans, FHA, and USDA loans. With almost twenty years of experience, Chris has provided his clients with creative solutions for all their mortgage needs.

“I’ve never been one that needs to win awards, I just want to be sure I do the best for my clients.”

When out of the office Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two daughters. He is an avid sports fan and tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
