Bonnie O'Brien
Branch Manager, Loan Officer
NMLS# 175843
Bonnie is a “Jersey Girl”, born and raised, and graduated from Rutgers College. On a whim, she and her family took a road trip to the Triangle. They immediately fell in love and bought a home that weekend! She quickly knew her family had made a wise decision. It was important for her to find a family-oriented area that offered many opportunities for their children, and for employment. Bonnie feels the community where a home is located is just as important, if not more important, than the home itself.
While most of Bonnie’s loans are originated in the Triangle area (Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Clayton, Garner, Knightdale, etc.), she is also licensed to originate residential mortgages in New Jersey and Florida. Bonnie and her team work hard to stay in constant communication with their clients throughout the home buying/refinancing process and do their best to make it as stress free as possible.
Bonnie is the Branch Manager at the award-winning Holly Springs location. The branch has earned such accomplishments as Business Leaders of the Year and Lender of the Year. Her branch also works very hard to give back to their community. They host frequent fundraisers for organizations that benefit veterans and children in their area. They are proud sponsors of many local events in and around Holly Springs throughout the year.
“Whether you are looking to purchase or refinance, whether it’s a primary home or a beachfront vacation home on the shores of North Carolina, Florida, or Jersey…. I can help with your journey home.”
