I was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers College. My husband, Tom and I, on a whim, took a short road trip to the Triangle after hearing how wonderful the communities were here and how friendly the people are. We immediately fell in love and bought a home that weekend! We could not have made a better choice. It was so important for us to find an area that was family oriented and that offered many opportunities for our children, as well as employment. The community where a home is located is just as important, or more important, than the home itself. We have lived here a while now and know what a great place it is to live and raise a family in the Triangle. We do not want to be anywhere else!
I began my career as a retail manager for a major department store. After taking some time off to raise my children, I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. I have been in this field for many years now. From the time I can remember, I have always had an interest in houses. I have always, for fun, researched homes in the area to see what was for sale and what the homes sold for. So it made sense for me to combine my mortgage and finance background and my love for homes, into also becoming a licensed Realtor in which I plan to offer my clients my knowledge and assistance in both processes.
After hours, I enjoy spending many hours/days/weekends on the bleachers or side lines watching my kids play their sport. I am also a huge supporter of the Meg’s Smile Foundation, here in Holly Springs, that provides a “smile” (or wish) for a terminally ill child in our area to hopefully make their day a little brighter!
