Shannon serves her customers with compassion, integrity, and tenacity. Her drive to go above and beyond her regular duties as a Loan Officer helps her clients achieve financial success within their situation and circumstances. Most importantly, Shannon sticks with her customers for as long as it takes to get them to the closing table. She provides local knowledge, access to a variety of mortgage products, and personalized support while navigating the mortgage process.

Equipped with years of experience, Shannon has worked with a wide range of loan types, including VA, Conventional, FHA, USDA, and construction. Beginning her career as a transaction coordinator, she quickly shifted to a Loan Officer. When presented with challenges, Shannon has been the key to many families who thought being a homeowner could never be a reality. Her clients know they can trust her and that she truly has their best interests at heart.

During her career in the mortgage industry thus far, she has built two new branch locations and reached President’s Club (within the first 3 years of being in the mortgage industry!) She has developed specialized skills working with investors and self-employed individuals.

Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with her daughters, family, friends, and Maltese, Boone. You can find her outside hiking in the mountains, relaxing on the beach, or traveling, and inside she’ll be painting, reading, or trying her hand at a new recipe.

Her generous passion for giving even led her to start her own nonprofit in 2021! Utilizing her passion to help others and raise awareness, she formed a board and created Southern Empress Events. They empower other charitable organizations in her community by helping to organize fundraising events such as sports tournaments, family holiday sponsorships, and providing shoes for children within the local school system.
