As exciting as it is to take the leap into homeownership, it’s important to have a realistic idea of the costs associated with buying a new home before you take that plunge.

Meet Darrell
Darrell credits his interest in the mortgage industry to growing up in a family who was heavily involved in the housing business growing up. They thought he was a good fit for the profession due to his welcoming and kind personality. Since 1997 Darrell has honed his skills and advanced his career, giving him the unique perspective and skill to help buyers on their journeys. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Darrell owned a distribution company, and his skills transferred well to producing loans.
Learning about your client’s ambitions and homeownership dreams are a big part of the loan process, and Darrell enjoys working with them to find solutions for their unique situations. He loves getting to know his business partners and real estate agents, so they know the right clients to pass along and work with him. He looks at the homebuying journey as a puzzle and loves to help find the resolution.
Darrell is located in Nicholasville, Kentucky (aka Nick Vegas!), and serves all of Kentucky. He understands the demand in the rural market and loves to travel with his clients as they embark on their homebuying adventures.
An avid football fan, Darrell won’t hesitate to take on a Fantasy Football challenge (but be careful, he usually wins.) He has been married to his wife almost 30 years and loves to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He follows University of Kentucky sports, and is an active member in his church. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and going to Florida and New Orleans to indulge in their amazing variety of foods.
