How does GoPrime Mortgage, Inc. collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
– Apply for a loan, or
– Give us your contact information, or
– Give us your employment history, or
– Give us your income information, or
– Show your government issued ID
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
– sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
– affiliates from using your information to market to you
– sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
DEFINITIONS
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include:

Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

SMS COMMUNICATION POLICY
  1. Consent for SMS Communication
    1. GoPrime Mortgage, Inc. requires written consent via email from users before initiating any SMS communications.
  2. Rights of Users
    1. Users have specific rights concerning the SMS communications processed by GoPrime Mortgage Inc. These rights included.
    2. Withdrawal of Consent: Users can withdraw their consent at any time. Once consent is given for SMS communications, Users retain the right to withdraw that consent through the means specified by GoPrime Mortgage, Inc. (see: Opt-out Rules)
  3. SMS Communication Opt-In and Opt-Out Rules

Opt-In Process: Users must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS communications by using any of the following keywords: “START,” “SUBSCRIBE,” or “CONSENT”. This action must be sent to a designated email provided by GoPrime Mortgage, Inc.

Opt-Out Process: Users can opt-out of receiving SMS communications at any time by sending the keyword “STOP” to a designated email provided by GoPrime Mortgage, Inc.

Implementation and Compliance
GoPrime Mortgage Inc. will maintain records of Users’ consents and any subsequent withdrawal of consent to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The process for managing opt-ins and opt-outs will be monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure it meets legal standards and best practices.

This policy ensures that GoPrime Mortgage, Inc. conducts its SMS communications transparently and in accordance with the rights of Users, fostering trust and compliance.
