David Fitts
Branch Manager, Loan Officer
NMLS# 71294
David Fitts has been serving the public for over forty years. He began his professional career by joining the U.S. Marine Corps and retired after twenty-one years of service. During his tenure with the Marines, David obtained his real estate license. This allowed him the opportunity to work with military families relocating from various duty stations, and to consult buyers/sellers on the financial side of the real estate transaction. He also assisted people with disabilities in finding assistive technology and adaptive living. To better serve his new patrons upon retirement, he completed his BS degree from Eastern University with honors. He completed his undergraduate degree in Information Technology and is finishing graduate studies in Special Education.
He took those skills and experience with him to the Carolinas, and eventually became a branch manager/loan officer for the GoPrime Charlotte branch. David has a wide range of experience in the mortgage and loan industry, serving veterans transitioning into retirement, first-time homeowners, and business customers. He has an extensive background guiding home buyers and sellers as they pursue their real-estate goals.
When he is not working with loan applicants, training realtors, and educating potential buyers, David uses his spare time to tinker with sports cars. Two of his favorites are a Spitfire and Z4.
