Meet Brad

Brad Catron is a Mortgage Loan Officer with a background in real estate and lending, and he’s passionate about helping people through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make – buying a home. Before becoming a loan officer two years ago, Brad worked as a full-time real estate agent and also has experience as a car loan underwriter, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the lending process.

Brad believes in the value of homeownership and works closely with each client to understand their needs and goals. He takes pride in helping people find the right loan and making sure the process goes smoothly from start to finish. With a strong support team and the latest tools behind him, Brad helps make the loan process easy and efficient.

Outside of work, Brad is a proud dad of four and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys playing golf, cheering on Clemson sports, hanging out at local breweries, and getting outside for fun family activities.
