Introducing Diane Kinlaw
For our inaugural loan officer spotlight here at GoPrime Mortgage, we are so excited to introduce you all to Diane Kinlaw. Diane has been with us for the past three years, which also happens to be how long she has been in the mortgage industry all together. Becoming a loan officer was a major career change for her. She was originally working in the corporate world as an event planner and contract negotiator. Feeling like it was time to shake things up a bit, she decided to leave the corporate world to work as a massage therapist. However, after about a year, she realized that she ultimately missed the corporate world. She began working with a business coach to explore her natural talents and find which path she wanted to take in her career. After realizing that her two greatest strengths were numbers and people, she decided that the mortgage industry could be her next vocation.
When Diane is not working, she is extremely involved in her Holly Springs, NC community. She has been and Ambassador on the Chamber of Commerce for quite some time, and she just moved up to the Board of Directors in January. Diane is also a co-founder of the Holly Springs Small Business Networking Group, which now boasts over 550 local, Holly Springs business members. Diane’s footprint in her community doesn’t stop there. She also holds a membership with a prominent Facebook group called Networking Women of the Triangle. Every town in the triangle is represented by an A-team where women are empowering other women in business daily. You can find Diane on the banner for this group for the entire month of April. Another thing about Diane is that she is very active in supporting and working with several local charities in Holly Springs. Before COVID-19, she partnered with Bombshell Brewery, a local brewery in the area, to support many different local charities. However, out of all the charities that Diane supports, the Meg’s Smile Foundation is the one that is very close to her heart. The Meg’s Smile Foundation works to provide gifts and/or fun days to children being treated in North Carolina for very serious illnesses. We at GoPrime are thrilled to be able to shed a light on this wonderful foundation.
Congratulations, Diane, and keep up the amazing work! To learn more about Diane and get in touch with her, please visit www.goprimewithdiane.com.
