As a Seattle native with an entrepreneurial spirit, Steve has followed many paths over the great Pacific Northwest. He’s gleaned first-hand knowledge of the joys and pitfalls of an entrepreneur’s life and has used that perspective to successfully advise borrower’s for many years.
Starting as a box boy in high school, Steve left grocery store management to work in the insurance industry, later becoming a regional product manager for a nationwide salon chain. He became involved in business ownership, and received his first hard lessons in business financing, while buying and renovating a large, bank-owned campground resort in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Along with his wife and young family by their side, they managed and grew their business for several years before selling. He went on to own a shuttle service, florist shop, and restaurant before transitioning into the mortgage industry.
Steve’s life experiences and strong knowledge of the lending business have allowed him to give people exactly what they need from their mortgage adviser. With his no-pressure style and easy to understand presentation of each borrower’s lending options, he has built a committed clientele over the years.
Whether you are a first-time home buyer, real estate investor, or seasoned business owner, don’t hesitate to call Steve. He always has time to talk about your needs and dreams before exploring your financing options.
We recently closed on our new house and I really enjoyed when the closing attorney said, “The cost for your mortgage were so low that I had to call them and double check.” Way to go Prime Mortgage
